Call of Duty 7: Black Ops - Killstreaks / Kill Streak Rewards
Killstreak Rewards are special bonuses for players that can get three or more kills in a row without dying. Most of the killstreaks are offensive, but Care Packages, for example, help the player out by giving ammunition or a random killstreak.
Below are all of the known Killstreak Rewards at this point.
RC Bomb

# 3 Kills Required
This killstreak allows you to Remote Control a small miniature car that has a bomb. The explosion is big enough to take out a few bad guys that are grouped together.

Care Package

# 4 Kills Required
This works just like in Modern Warfare 2, but this time a slow moving Chinook brings in the package. It's possible to shoot it down more easily due to its low altitude and speed.
The Care Package itself contains a random killstreak or ammo. Care Packages can be seen on the radar by everyone: if it's red, it belongs to the enemy team.

Archangel

# 5 Kills Required
This seems to be the replacement for Modern Warfare 2's Predator Missile. The Archangel is a shoulder-launched missile and can be controlled in all directions.
At this point it seems that it needs to be called into the map and collected by the player before it can be used, just like the Care Package. The missile has a moderate explosion radius, see the 3rd picture below.

Attack Helicopter
# ??? Kills Required
Deploys the classic Attack Helicopter, just like in the previous Call of Duty games. It will circle around the map and attack enemies for a short period of time.

The Attack Helicopter (enemy) can be seen on the radar as it attacks the player.
Airstrike

# ??? Kills Required
The Airstrike will most likely be the same as in Modern Warfare 2, i.e., the airstrikes direction can be controlled as well.

The Airstrikes combat aircraft can be seen on the radar.
Artillery Strike

# ??? Kills Required
The Artillery Strike was first used in Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer. The player deploys the attack using the radar and the selected area will be bombarded after a short while.
The Artillery Strike in World at War requires killing five enemies.

The Artillery Strike icon can be seen on the radar.
Napalm Strike

# ??? Kills Required
The Napalm Strike should work just like the Airstrike, but it also leaves a slowly burning fire that should kill enemy players extremely fast.

An ongoing Napalm Strike.
